Leader Cab Service (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 30, Triq Salvu Aquilina, Mosta, provides free school transport services in cooperation with the Ministry for Education, Sport, Youth, Research, and Innovation (MEYR). By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Service Provision
Pick-up and drop-off times will be assigned a few weeks prior to the school term at our discretion. Times will be reasonable and constant.
Vehicles will depart at assigned times. It is the responsibility of the student/guardian if the bus is missed.

Confirmation of bookings shall be made in line with the legal seating capacity of the vehicle to be supplied. Over bookings will be dealt separately and accommodated on other vehicles only if available.
No payments are to be made to the driver on duty. MEYR is to finance school transport.
MEYR stipulates various conditions, and students/guardians must abide by them to be entitled to the service.
This agreement will remain in effect and binding upon the parties up to the end of each scholastic year.
We may subcontract operations to authorized operators if necessary.
2. Journey and Liability
We provide advice on journey times in good faith. However, due to vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion, or other events beyond our control, journeys may take longer than predicted.
We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by passengers.
We accept no liability for lost or damaged items. Passengers must ensure personal items are not left behind and report any items left immediately to increase retrieval possibility.
3. Safety and Conduct
The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle and passengers at all times. The driver may return a passenger to the starting point if their behavior prejudices the safety of others. Students may be suspended or forbidden from using the transportation in accordance with MEYR regulations.
No food or beverages may be consumed inside the vehicle at any time.
Seat belts must be worn at all times throughout the journey.
There is absolutely no smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances allowed. Any violation will result in termination of this contract and immediate report to the authorities.
Changes in schedules are to be communicated prior to the date to avoid disruption of service.
Supervision, if any, will be provided only by MEYR.
Students must pay the full cost of any damage they cause to the property.
These Terms and Conditions supersede any previous terms and conditions applicable with other operators.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change with prior notification.
